“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” -Carl Rogers
I love to connect with people and their stories. My goal is to provide a safe place for individuals, couples, and families to explore their hearts and to fully engage their stories in a way that helps them live the lives they long for.
Prior to my career in therapy, my background was in the business world, engaging with clients to meet their business needs. I often ended up spending more of my time counseling them on personal ones. When several medical situations caused me to evaluate my future, it was therapy that helped me find more of a life I was looking for. I consider it a huge privilege to now be able to offer to others the same space to step out of the safety of the norm into who they are made to be.
I live in Brentwood, Tennessee and cherish time with my wife, our three children, and our dog, Dolly. I enjoy mountain biking, live music, and am a local art enthusiast.
